 In addition to 11 years of practical knowledge, Neil has a degree in Economics from the University of Toronto and has achieved the Canadian Securities Course and the Professional Financial Planner Course through the Canadian Securities Institute. Neil is a Certified Financial Planner with the Financial Planners Standards Council of Canada and Licensed Life Underwriters (Level II).
Michael and Neil have been members of ScotiaMcLeod’s Presidents Council for 5 and 6 years respectively. ScotiaMcLeod’s Presidents Council recognizes the top performing advisors in the firm and their commitment to outstanding client service. Additionally, Neil is a member of the ScotiaMcLeod Advisory Board, which provides advisor feedback to the management of the firm to ensure that advisors have all the tools they need to do the best job in managing the financial interests of their clients. Neil lives in Newmarket with his spouse Lisa and their two daughters Madelyn and Julia.
