 In addition to 11 years of practical knowledge, Michael has achieved the Canadian Securities Course and the Professional Financial Planner Course through the Canadian Securities Institute. Michael is a Certified Financial Planner with the Financial Planners Standards Council of Canada and Licensed Life Underwriters (Level II). Michael and Neil have been members of ScotiaMcLeod’s Presidents Council for 5 and 6 years respectively. ScotiaMcLeod’s Presidents Council recognizes the top performing advisors in the firm and their commitment to outstanding client service. Michael lives in Toronto with his spouse Catherine, his daughter Jessie and sons Jamie & Julian.
